The Good Feet Store is looking for real customers to feature in a series of TV commercials and online videos talking about how Good Feet has helped to improve the quality of their lives.

All Good Feet customers are welcome to submit a preview video. No acting experience is necessary, and you can submit your video from the comfort of your home. Here’s how:

 Complete the questionnaire.

Provide your contact information and a few details about your “Good Feet Story”.

 Shoot your video.

Record a short video of yourself on your phone or video camera. See “Preview Video Instructions” below.

 Submit your video.

Follow the simple steps under “How to Submit Your Video”.

How do I shoot my video?

Record your video like you would any video on your smart phone or video camera. There is no need for professional quality video production.

If possible, have someone else hold the camera for you. You can be framed wide (so we see your whole body) or tighter (so we just see your head and shoulders). Or it can be a combination of both.

Your video can be any length you’d like. Don’t worry about getting it all in one “take”. You can edit a few clips together or send us multiple clips.

What should I say in my video?

Everyone has a “Good Feet Story”, and we want to hear yours! Feel free to use the following prompts to get started, but don’t worry about scripting or memorizing anything. We want to hear about your experience in your own words.
  • What’s your name and where do you live?
  • What kind of work do you do?
  • What do you do for fun? What are your hobbies and interests?
  • What brought you into The Good Feet Store?
  • How have Good Feet Arch Supports made a difference in your life?
  • What would you tell a friend who’s curious about Good Feet Arch Supports?

How can I make sure I look and sound my best?

Choose a quiet, well-lit space. Avoid windy environments and background noise.

Wear something comfortable. That could be jeans, dress clothes, a work uniform, anything – as long as it makes you feel like “you”.

Take a deep breath and speak directly into the camera. If it helps, imagine you’re talking to a good friend.

1. Once you shoot your video, save it to your computer.
2. Click “Choose File” to locate your video on your hard drive.
3. Select your video file and click “Submit My Video”.
